Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Miami Airport South Blue Lagoon

We arrived at the hotel a couple hours early, they tagged our luggage and put it in a back room so we could wander about with ease. They have a sitting area up one floor that was comfy to wait in with a TV. Check in went quick and smooth. The rooms are spacious and clean! They have shuttle to the airport. There are several eating options all within a 8 min walk or less. There is a Publix and a Burlington coats across the street for anything you forgot! Upon checkout they let us hang in the room until 1:00 free of charge ( our flight is at 7pm) once again they held our luggage so we didn’t have to tote it around. We were able to lounge around and wait for our shuttle to the airport in comfort! The staff was very kind and accommodating! I highly recommend this hotel! Will restart here again when in the area! They have a pool but we didn’t use. The also have an exertion we also didn’t use. The breakfast was a pretty normal breakfast. A pretty good variety of foods from cereal, fruit, pancakes, omelets.

We stayed here two nights before a cruise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They printed out our luggage tags for our cruise. The breakfast was a typical meh brunch you would expect, and the eating area was crowded at 9:00 am. The room was clean and had plenty of space. The toilet paper was one-ply, which probably is cheaper for them, but then we used twice as much. The location was close to the airport and very convenient to restaurants, and stores like CVS, Walgreens, Burlington, and Publix, which we visited a few times since we forgot to bring some items. They have a reasonably priced shuttle from a third party that goes to the port terminal. Overall, I would stay here again before a cruise.

Wonderful location. We should have stayed here instead of staying in Miami Beach. This place was very costly effective and we enjoyed this room better than the Hilton Miami. We definitely got a suite, but it had a kitchen, a full fridge, microwave, and stove. This is definitely our type of room. The living room couch is a pullout bed and I appreciate the fact that the bedroom had its own door. We will definitely be back here next time we visit Florida. Check-in was at 3pm, but they let us check in early. Thanks Hampton Inn!!

Stayed at this Hotel pre cruise. I called hotel when we arrived at airport. Juan Carlo was sent to pick us up. His van was full but he took the time to stop at the door we were waiting for him at and told us he would be right back to get us, and he did. Very nice man. Giovanni at the front desk was very friendly and informative. Our hotel room was very clean and comfy. The location is get with Publix across the street. Shopping cvs and Walgreens close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location. Shopping and good restaurants nearby. Garage parking at a reasonable rate. Very helpful and courteous front desk (here’s to Giovanni among others). Pleasant outdoor pool and hot tub.

Really good staff. Need to get the luggage carts working better. The tires are flat and the good ones are missing. The front desk told me the luggage carts are missing because the other guests did not bring them back. Aside from the carts everything was awesome. The computer system was down so the front desk did everything manually. This is a busy hotel and the desk person worked super hard to keep business moving as if nothing was wrong. Great job. I will try to get the front desk guys name but if you want to look at giving him an award and a raise he work last night 12/15/25 and tonight!

Hotel is clean, service is given after 3 days and after 5 days. Great view if you like plan spotting. Staff is friendly and helpful. A few Stores and restaurants are close by. Laundry can be done, parking is available and safe. And you can play a few games on the pool deck area. Definitely recommended!!

We had to travel a night early due to weather and stayed at this fantastic hotel. The room was exceptional - clean, well supplied, and so comfortable. We couldn't give enough compliments to the staff. Everyone was very professional. Jose Mendoza and Domenica were great!
